IMG_6638 Bonjour les amis! Can I start by asking if there is anything more picture-esque than waking up on a sun-beaming Saturday morning with the invitation to, what us Americans would call, “High Tea”? I don’t think I’m alone in this wishful dream to live the everyday life of a traditional, upper-class Parisian. Spending the morning at a quaint coffee shop, reading your favorite novel while being enchanted by the beautiful language of the natives. I honestly can’t help but CRAVE visiting one of the most lavish cities in the world!  With Spring headed at HIGH speeds in our direction, we have been jumping on our new trend of the season: French Bistro. We’re loving the chance to romanticize of beautiful Paris in the Spring. From mixed prints and florals to french inspired silhouettes,  we are truly diving into this European flare.

We have dressed up this Ark Reworked Dress with a pair of black, opaque tights and simple, pointed toe booties. With a bold statement piece like this dress, keeping the accessories minimal lets the dress speak for itself!

Our next Parisian-inspired look is a combination of the mixed-print trend and classic lines. With the simplicity of the shaped of the pieces, the prints make this look fun yet, high tea-worthy. (Coat: Tulle. Dress: Unhinged)

Pictures may speak a thousand words but only music can solidify a mood. Here I have attached one of my absolute FAVORITE songs, which happens to be in French. Feast in the melodies, Oddies.

Till next time.
